WBUR Poll: Angus King Leads in Maine Senate Race

A new poll of likely voters in Maine General Election conducted by The MassINC Polling Group for WBUR shows Independent candidate Angus King with a substantial lead. Fifty percent of people polled said they intend to vote for King, while 23 percent support Republican Charlie Summers, and 9 percent back Democrat Cynthia Dill

The telephone poll included 506 likely voters in the 2012 General Election and was conducted June 13-14, 2012.
